Our pain management clinic treats a variety of chronic and acute pain conditions, including but not limited to cancer, back pain, neck pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy,Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, post-surgical pain; all pain conditions requiring a long term coordinated medication management program.

We offer a range of treatments, including medication management, acupuncture, and Therapeutic injection for acute pain.
3. Do I need a referral to visit your pain management clinic?
A referral may be required depending on your insurance plan. If your plan is an HMO, you may be required to get a referral to see us, as we are a specialist. 5. How do you determine the best treatment plan for my pain?
Our specialists conduct a comprehensive evaluation, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests such as Urinalysis, and/or Cognitive testing to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific condition.
6. What qualifications do your pain management specialists have?
Dr. Elliott is board-certified in Preventive Medicine, board-certified in pain management, anesthesiologists, and has a master’s in public health from Columbia University, NY. She is also board certified in Acupuncture, Aesthetics, weight Management and Antiaging.
7. How soon can I expect relief after starting treatment?
The timeframe for relief varies depending on the treatment and the individual’s condition. Some patients experience relief after their first visit, while others may require several visigs to notice significant improvement.
8. Is pain management covered by Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid?
Yes, Chronic Pain Management treatments are covered by Insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Amerigroup, Anthem BCBG, CareSource, Cigna, Humana, Oscar, TriEast, United HealthCare WellCare, Medicare and Medicaid. Ambetter and Peach State will be coming soon.
9. What are the risks and side effects of pain management treatments?
Each treatment has its own set of potential risks and side effects, which will be thoroughly discussed with you before starting any therapy. Our goal is to minimize risks while maximizing pain relief.
10. Can you help with opioid addiction related to pain management?
Yes, our clinic provides support for patients dealing with opioid dependence. We offer alternatives to opioid therapy and work with patients to manage their pain while reducing dependency on pain medications. We also offer medicated assisted therapy treatment for opioid and other addiction with Buprenorphine (Suboxone).
